About Russian Microelectronics Urgent Measures More then ten years on different levels the idea of creating a chain of design centers, national IP base, transparent design system that encompasses systems enterprises and component producers is discussed. Government has devoted definite funds for realization of this strategy. A component base created under this ideology also exists. But as a system this strategy doesn’t work. Authors propose some new steps in this path among them formation of a Electronic components base development control center. Certainly these proposals are debatable, but discussion of government control of national electronic components base development investments is more then relevant.
