The use of 1879BYA1YA SoC as a multichannel amplitude analyzer of digital spectrometric path The article proposes the method for building an amplitude analyzer in spectrometric ADC channel based on 1879BYA1YA pipelined ADC SoC. Both the base ADC and the amplitude analyzer was characterized. An estimate of the channel profile and the number of channels of software-based spectrometric ADC based on 1879BYA1YA was made.
High-frequency 8-bit BiCMOS ADC The two-stage pipelined 8-bit analog-to-digital converter was developed in NIIMA Progress. The proposed architectural solutions allow for high conversion accuracy with relatively low power consumption, which was confirmed by experimental tests at frequencies up to 1 GHz.
