DEVELOPMENT ISSUES OF CHINA AND TAIWAN MICROELECTRONICS Taiwanese firms that have actively developed the PRC market and opened branches in the Celestial Empire are faced with the growing competitiveness of Chinese firms and pressure from the authorities. They are forced to return to the island. As for the PRC it continues to implement the ambitious plans to achieve the modern electronic components self-sufficiency and ramps up the production of micro- and radio-electronics.

The time of 3D printing of four-layer PCB prototype is compared with the time of PCB manufacturing by traditional combined positive method. The article presents the initial information on the methods, technologies and materials for 3D printing of boards. It describes some advanced product designs, which can be produced by 3D printing method when a number of conditions are met.
