An integrated approach to simulating the readout electronics front-end of silicon detectors enable to study the signal shape and evaluate the effect of interference from adjacent channels. The article describes a technique for simulating signals of the "silicon detector – charge-sensitive amplifier (CSA) – shaper" system, analyzes the results obtained and evaluates the accuracy of the models used.
