The software is designed for automatic synthesis of circuit designs and topology sketches of both monolithic integrated circuits and multifunctional microwave integrated circuits. “Smekalets” CAD system produces circuitry, taking into account the features of technological processes. Measured data of manufactured monolithic microwave integrated circuit samples prove the applicability of suggested approaches.
