GENERATING AND STUDYING AMPLITUDE-FREQUENCY MODULATION SIGNALS USING RIGOL DEVICES

The article discusses the issues of practical use of amplitude-frequency modulation (AFM) signals, their generation and measurement of characteristics. An example of generating AFM signals using Rigol DSG3136B-IQ generator and studying their properties using Rigol MSO8204 oscilloscope and Rigol RSA5056-TG spectrum analyzer is given.
