The article describes the prototype of induction soldering system for forming ball leads based on a ZVS generator using a magnetic conductor and eddy current concentrators of various geometric configurations. The evaluation of thermal fields in the heating zone of solder balls was carried out, the induction heating profile was optimized, the dependences of the influence eddy current concentrator geometric shape on the quality of the soldered leads were obtained.
