Passive microwave components such as filters, dividers, combiners, circulators must meet specific requirements that have to be taken into account when implementing flip-chip technology. Using the example of ferrite circulator with hybrid flip-chip contacts, the article shows the features of the use of this technology in the serial production of microwave devices.
