Journal "Electronics: Science, Technology Business" describes the most high-profile electronics world events of which tomorrow everyone will talk about. The journal also brings into the public limelight worldwide electronic market analysis, Russian science challenges, intellectual property and investments problems. Alexander Sergeyevich Sigov (born in May 13 1945, Stalino) – a Russian physic scientist, member of RAS (2011), expert in solid-state physics, solid-state electronics, and physical materials science. Vice-chairman of Interstate Council for micronanomechatronics, vice-chairman of RAS academic board on ferroelectrics and dielectrics physics, member of RAS joint council bureau on condensed matters physics and member of a variety of Ministry of Education and Science RF advisory councils, member of European Physical Society, and the Institute of electrical engineers (Great Brittan). An author of about 250 scientific articles, including two monographs, a number of training aids, 30 inventions.
Biography Chronology
In 1968 graduated with distinction the quantum theory cathedra of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University’s physics department. In 1972 graduated the MSU physical department. In 1971 passed PH.D. Defence on Static and Dynamic Properties of Domain boundaries with thin ferromagnetic films cross links. In 1985 passed doctoral thesis on Defects impact on crystal physical properties nearby structure and magnetic phase transitions. In 1988 A.S.Sigov was awarded the title professor. In 2006 he was elected as of Information Systems and Element Base administration RAS corresponding member. In 2011 was elected as an academician. Since June 2013 he is the president of the Moscow State Technical University MIREA.

Laureate of Russian Federation state for science and technique (2003), Russian Federation government prize winner for science and technique (2000, 2011), Russian Federation honored master of science (1997), Laureate of MSU prize for science and education (2003), fourth power Order of Merit for Motherland (September 22 2006) for a major contribution to education and scientific advancement. Medal: 200 years of Ministry of Defense (2002), medal: In Memory of Moscow 850th Anniversary (1997).
